The Regional Director is the head of the region and supported by varying skilled professionals consisting of Extension Services Specialists, Water and Sanitation Engineers, a Hydrogeologist, Accountants, an Information Technology Specialist, Administrative Manager, Private Secretary, Water System Management Staff and other support staff.

The water system team is led by a Water System manager with the support of skilled staff who work along the value chain in the delivery of safe water to communities. Total number of staff as at the end of January 2020 stands at One Hundred and Eight (108). There are 18 at the regional office and 90 at the Water system level.
