Mr. Kwaku Sarpong Abrefa is a Technology and Development Communication specialist with seventeen years of experience.  Mr. Abrefa joined CWSA in 2006 as a National Service Personnel and rose through the ranks in the Public Relations Unit to Chief Public Relations Manger.

Mr. Abrefa holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Maastricht School of Management Netherlands, Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Information Studies from the University of Ghana and certificate in International Corporate Communication from Christelyke Hogeschool, Netherlands. He also holds a Certificate in IT Project Management and a Certificate Leadership and Emotional Intelligence, all from India School of Business. He is an accredited member of the Institute of Public Relations, Ghana.

He is a multimedia specialist. Mr. Abrefa helped in establishing new media platforms and a production team that has been responsible for the production of various promotional materials aimed at projecting the image of CWSA. He also has enormous experience in corporate communication and media relations.
