Mr. Isaac Kwesi Brown is an experienced Civil Engineer and WASH expert with over 30 years’ experience with the Agency. He worked as the Project Engineer with the UNDP/GWSC Water & Sanitation Project in the Eastern Region from 1993-1995 till he joined CWSA in 1998 as the Regional Engineer in the Western Region, in 2008 he was made the Ag. Regional Director. A position he held till confirmation as the substantive Director in 2009. He has served as Regional Director in the Western, Upper East and Central Regions.

Mr. Kwesi Brown holds a BSc. Civil Engineering from the University of Science and Technology, Post Graduate Diploma in Sanitary Engineering from IHE Delft, The Netherlands, and a Masters in Sanitary Engineering from the same institution.
