Ing. Henry Franklin Asangbah is a Senior member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers. He had his BSc. and MSc. Certifications from Voronezh State University of Architecture & Civil Engineering in Russia where he majored in Industrial and Civil Engineering (Structures).

Ing. Asangbah joined Community Water and Sanitation Agency in 2001 as a Water and Sanitation Engineer who worked on the DANIDA and EU Small Towns Water and Sanitation Projects. He has been the Regional Director, Western Region since April 2020.

He supervised several major projects including the DANIDA-LSDGP (2011), IDA-SRWSP (2010), IDA-AF-SRWSP (2019), DANIDA-DBWSP (2005), UNICEF-GoG-WASH Project (2012) during his 21 years of work in CWSA.
