Ing. Francis Kwasi Enu is a Water Supply Engineering Practitioner with over thirty-three years of post-qualification experience in Project Planning, Design, Construction Supervision and development of other infrastructural facilities in the Water and Sanitation Sector.
Ing. Francis Kwasi Enu holds a BSc. Geological Engineering and MSc. In Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology.
He is a Corporate Member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers and was formally a Member of the Engineering Council from 2004 to 2010.
Ing. Francis Kwasi Enu has worked with the Community Water and Sanitation Agency since 1994 when the National Community Water and Sanitation Programme started from the Brong Ahafo Region. Subsequently, he became the Acting Regional Director (Regional Coordinator) who managed the pilot phase of the National Community Water and Sanitation Programme to its successful completion. Before joining CWSA in 1994, he worked with then Ghana Water and Sewerage Corporation, Western Region from 1990 as the Rural Water Engineer and also acted as the Projects Engineer for the region.
