Ing. Ewura holds a BSc. (Hons) Agricultural Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana and MSc. degree, Water Resources Management in Tropical Areas from University of Applied Sciences, Nordostniedersachsen, Department of Civil Engineering, Suderburg, Germany.

He is a renowned Civil Engineer with thirty-five years of post-qualification experience in the water and sanitation industry. Ing. Ahmed Ewura has been with Community Water and Sanitation Agency since 1998. He has steadily risen through the ranks as a Water and Sanitation Engineer to a Regional Director, a position he has held since 2015. He is currently the Regional Director, Bono and also acting as the Regional Director, Savannah

Ing. Ewura has assumed numerous key positions in the Agency and other bodies. He has a vast and enviable professional experience in the WASH sector spanning across the country. He has taken up various leadership assignments in Uganda, Austria, India, Finland, and La Cote d’Ivoire. He has attended numerous local and international conferences.
