Organizational Structure
The Regional Director is assisted in his functions by a team of professionals i.e. Engineers, Hydro-geologists, Socio Economists (known as Extension Services Specialists – ESS), Information Technology Specialist (ITS), Accountants, Administrators, System Manager, Community Relation Officer, Revenue Officers with support staff to assist in the running of the region.

CWSA has engaged technical personnel to operate and manage the water systems in a coordinated manner. The categories of staff deployed are Water System Managers, Technician Engineers, Accounts Officers, Community Relation Officers, Revenue Officers; Plumbers, Office Assistants and Security Guards as support staff.
